This site brings together our sailing route, stop reviews, recipes, useful gear and general updates from the boat. It is designed to be a practical, easy-to-browse record of where we have been and what we have learned along the way.
In 2025 I mainly used Polar Steps as a way to keep friends and family updated to our progress. I'm still going to use the Socials Channels as before, but I'm also going to try post a bit more detail on here too. Lets see how it goes!

Vannes and The Golfe de Morbihan
As we enter the last few weeks of this year's cruise we are re-visiting some favourites (Vannes) and some new places (Araddon).
I'm not going to do a port by port list for these closing weeks - we will go back to La Trinité, Croesty, Quiberon and up to Lorient before a last return to La Trinité and haul out. Then its back to blighty for teh winter...
